Focusing solely on transactional matters from the start of his legal career, Joseph has gained a broad experience in just a short time. One of the youngest primarily probate attorneys in the region, Joseph is a breath of fresh air in an increasingly aging practice area.
Since his time admitted to the bar, Joseph has honed his focus and practices estate planning, estate administration, guardianship, residential real estate transactional work, and adoption.
Since 2023 he has served as a part time magistrate with the Butler County Area Courts giving him a valuable insight and perspective from the bench.
Outside of work, Joseph stays busy with his wife and two little boys, Murdoch and Fleetwood, hiking, fishing and exploring all over the region. In addition, they're in a crash course in learning the pain of Cincinnati Reds and Bengals fandom. He is involved with Serve City in Hamilton, Ohio on the board of directors and an elected official with the Village of Seven Mile Board of Public Affairs.
